Love the Corner Office column of the New York Times. I liked this one because he talks about being a leader and needing to recruit mentors. Have you guys ever recruited a mentor?

ReplyDeleteGood mentors are hard to find, and you'll need different mentors for different stages of your career and different aspects of your life. There is a lot of research on the mentoring relationship...I'd be happy to talk to you about it offline, if you'd like.
