Power and Influence

I would say that I am someone who empowers and likes to empower others. I typically do this by providing necessary information and tools so that people around me can independently solve the problems and do their work. My personal power primarily comes from my skills and area of knowledge and my near term objective is to continue to increase the depth and breadth of my knowledge which would enable me to increase my sphere of influence. I am also working on my communication and delivery skills to further enhance my influence.
